A personal recount of the el serene bike trail

I figured that I would pay a visit to the wind sculptures at Wilkeson Pointebefore heading to the Outer Harbor Ferry launch to catch a ride home. Seeing this success story, it would be interesting to research what other rails to trails opportunities exist in other parts of the city.
